DESCRIPTION:Tara Velarde will be performing at Noon Tunes over the lunch hour! Tara is a musician and actor in her hometown of Portland\, OR. She tours the U.S. as an independent artist\, released her first studio album\, Rise\, in 2019\, and headlined two European tours. Tara has a degree in music education from Pacific University (Outstanding Vocalist\, 2013). \nThe Noon Tunes Summer Concert Series returns for its 32nd year and expands to Tuesdays and Thursdays June 4 – July 30! From Noon-1:00pm enjoy music from some of Portland’s best regional and local musical talent.
