DESCRIPTION:The ninth annual Portland Winter Light Festival takes place at pop-up sites across Portland\, with anchor installations located at The Square\, World Trade Center\, and Electric Blocks. Over 170 light-based art installations\, projections\, immersive experiences\, and performances will be viewable across all of Portland!
