DESCRIPTION:Rachel Wong will be performing at Noon Tunes over the lunch hour! \nRachel Wong is a rising queer pop R&B artist based in Portland\, Oregon\, recently named one of Willamette Week’s Best New Bands of 2025. Known for her emotionally raw lyrics and magnetic vocal style\, Rachel’s music blends moody pop with R&B grooves that explore love\, mental health\, and identity. She’s currently releasing a new single every month through September\, building momentum with each drop. \nHer voice has filled arenas as she’s performed the National Anthem for both the Portland Trail Blazers and the Portland Timbers. Her songs have earned international radio play in the UK\, Singapore\, and the Bay Area\, reflecting a growing global audience. \nThe Noon Tunes Summer Concert Series returns for its 33rd year and expands to Tuesdays and Thursdays June 3 – July 31! From Noon-1:00pm enjoy music from some of Portland’s best regional and local musical talent.
