With an emphasis on partnership development, Pioneer Courthouse Square’s non-profit management organization has transformed into an award-winning model for year-round programming growth, destination attraction development and community engagement. Today, the organization thrives with volunteer leadership and community support, at every level, through a unique management agreement with the City of Portland.

On a select basis, Pioneer Courthouse Square engages in consulting services to assist civic partners in the development of fundamental tools for building successful public spaces.
